Qualified Social Worker Adults

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Adults Social Worker to work for a Joint Care Management Team in West Yorkshire.

Working within a multi-disciplinary, Joint Care Management setting you will build your own caseload of clients requiring the support of a care package.

This position is initially a 3-6 month contract with an immediate start.

I have worked with this client for a number of years and have always received positive feedback from candidates I have placed within the team. You will have the full support of an experienced manager with regular supervision as well as a great team working environment.

We are seeking experienced adult qualified social workers who are available immediately.
