We are looking for a full time ATM to assist in the running of the Family and Adolescent Support Team, a small team of FWs plus a SW specialising in early intervention for adolescents at risk of family breakdown. The team provides short term and intensive intervention from the point of referral to Social Care to stabilise family life. The ATM role provides supervision to workers undertaking direct work with families and hold some assessment work on new referrals
