Qualified Social Worker

SALARY - £28,127 - £33,998

FULL TIME - 37 HOURS PER WEEK

FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL 31/03/15

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the care management teams for a qualified social worker to undertake support work to social workers to ensure no delay and high quality work for LAC who require permanence through adoption or other permanence routes. The role will include undertaking viability assessments; SGO reports; later life letters and any other duties which will promote timely progression to permanence.

Car driver preferred.
