Qualified Hltas Required

Capita Education are currently looking to find two qualified HLTAs that is experienced in leading a class in lessons independently.

We have two positions available, one in an Ofsted rated "God" school in the New Forest, and one position in an "Outstanding" school Southampton.

All applicants must have 3 years of full time Teaching Assistant experience and will have been supported through the HLTA standards laid down by the Training and Development Agency. As a result of this you will be confident in both supporting a teacher and also leading lessons on a cover basis with the ability to follow plans, and offer feedback on the lessons you deliver.

To be considered for the position you must:
*Have experience within primary education at Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) level
*Have had three years Teaching Assistant experience
*Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team
*Have a passion for learning with the ability to deliver lessons as well as support a teacher
*Have a professional and flexible attitude.

We are looking for qualified, experienced people who are able to take control of classes across Key Stage 1 or 2. Any applicant should be confident of being able to really enrich the environments that they are placed in. You will be required to teach pupils of all abilities and must be able to adapt your lessons or approach to the specific needs of the class or individual.
