Qualified Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher, Luton

Simply Education are working with a private nursery in Luton to recruit a fully qualified Early Years Teacher to take up a part time role planning and delivering lessons to their pre-school children. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and creative individual to help set up the Early Years Programme for the pre-school which is set to develop into a new Private School in September 2014.

Due to the expansion of the nursery, a teacher is required Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings to work with a class of pre-school children, delivering key aspects of the early years curriculum- focussing on phonics, literacy and numeracy. This role will start as soon as possible and will be a long term position for the successful candidate, finishing in July 2014.

Suitable candidates must be able to meet the following criteria:

Will hold QTS status

Will have up to date experience and knowledge of teaching in a school based early years environment

Have received and be confident in the delivery of Phonics (you may also be required to train staff who are based within the nursery)

Will have the ability to plan and deliver appropriate lessons which enable the learning and development of the children

Have an outstanding awareness of safeguarding, inclusion, equality and diversity

Be available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between the hours of 9am -12pm every week up to the end of the Summer Term
