Qualification Engineer

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Lead Qualification Engineer to support the planning and execution of qualification activities on a multi-million investment project.
This is an exciting role paying highly competitive rates.

Location: Basel area, Switzerland

Duration: October 2013 until project completion in 2016

Language Requirements: Fluent German and English skills

Role and Responsibilities:

Managing all Qualification and GMP compliance activities on the project
Overseeing the generation and execution of URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ
Conducting design reviews to ensure GMP compliance
Ensuring a smooth handover to the site operations team at the end of the PQ phase
Part of the Project Management team - reporting to the Project Manager

Requirements:

Degree educated in engineering or science discipline, or equivalent experience
Fluent in German and English
Experience working on pharmaceutical investment projects
Experience in the generation and execution of qualification protocols
Strong GMP understanding
