QUALIFICATION AND VALIDATION ENGINEER - BIOPHARMACEUTICAL - BERN

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest players based in Bern we are looking for a QUALIFICATION AND VALIDATION ENGINEER within experience in a PHARMACEUTICAL or BIOTECH environment. This is a contracting position, starting in AUGUST until MARCH 2017 with extension possibilities.

In this position as a QUALIFICATION AND VALIDATION ENGINEER you will be in charge of qualification and Validation activities for BIOPHARMACEUTICAL PROCESSES. Furthermore, you will plan, coordinate and execute all phases for qualification of rooms, UAF and equipment including impact and risk assessment, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ. You will also, execute CSV ACTIVITIES linked to the equipment. Aditionaly, you will prepare, review and approve technical and GMP related to documentation. Finally, you will make operational handling of Change Controls, CAPAs and Non-Conformances related to process equipment and cleaning.

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCES ARE:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a QUALIFICATION AND VALIDATION ENGINEER
- Minimum of 3 years' in PHARMA OR A BIOTECH environment
- Kow-how of biotechnology processes
- Knowledge of Qualification/Validation requirements according to cGMP
- Experience in quality assurance principles
- Proven leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in ENGLISH, German will be a plus
