Capita Education Resourcing is currently recruiting for an exceptional QTS Physics teacher to work within an excellent school that situates in the Stevenage area. This school requires a teacher who is a specialist in physics and would be desirable to teach up to post 16, this schools reputation for Science is the best in the area and has been for the last 5 years, they have been absent of a quality Physics teacher for quite some time and are now on the lookout for a exciting new member of staff. My client has stressed that anyone to be considered for this role must be 100% committed to the cause, they have a "Family" vibe flowing through the school that creates a great atmosphere amongst the staff.

This is a great opportunity to join this school and become part of its' outstanding team initially on a supply Basis. Our client is looking for only an exceptional member of staff, who has fresh and exciting ideas and passionate about their subject. For the right person, my client would welcome applications from an ambitious NQT or a Primary trained teacher looking to make their way into secondary.

To become part of the Capita team at this local Secondary School you will be:- * An QTS or NQT Physics Teacher with a real passion for your subject
* Able to inspire and motivate children of mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence with Physics
* An individual with strong classroom management
* A great role model with a real sense of responsibility
* Approachable and have a calm and communicative approach to problem solving
* Able to demonstrate the ability to make Physics fun, inspiring and encourage results
*Able to teach to post 16 but not vital.
*Someone with leadership experience, but it is not vital.
