Capita Education Resourcing is currently recruiting for an NQT or QTS Maths teacher, to work within a school that situates in Milton Keynes. This school requires a teacher who can drive the Mathematics department forward, to bring fresh ideas and a new approach to the curriculum.
This is a great opportunity to join this school and become part of its' outstanding team on a long term basis. Our client is looking for only an exceptional member of staff, who has strong classroom management and is passionate about their subject. For the right person, my client would welcome applications from an ambitious NQT or a Primary trained teacher looking to make their way into secondary.

* Able to inspire and motivate children of mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence with Mathematics.
* An individual with strong classroom management

* Approachable and have a calm and communicative approach to problem solving
* Able to demonstrate the ability to make Maths fun, inspiring and encourage results
*Experience with a leadership role would be welcomed.
*Experience with the "Creative Curriculum" would give you an advantage
