My client is looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to join one of its Child Protection Teams. The role will involve all aspects of child protection including statutory child protection visits to children on Child Protection Plans and writing and presenting reports to Child Protection Conferences. The authority is looking to take people on with a view to promoting people internally, so this is an excellent opportunity for career progression.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience in Children and Families Services. Experience of initial and core assessments, section 47 investigations and court work is extremely important. You must also be HCPC registered and have a full UK driving licence.
