QSW-Child Protection-Great Rates-S.W England

My client, a council in South West England, is looking for a qualified social worker to join their child protection team. You will be carrying out initial and core assessments on children and planning their care and protection working independently and within a team. You must have a good knowledge of relevant legislation and be able to make sound decisions.

In return you will be offered a very competitive rate of between £30 and £33 per hour, depending on experience and will be on a rolling contract. My client would be looking to interview for this position ASAP and the position would be starting shortly after. To be successful for this position you must have at least 18 months post qualified experience working within child protection. The local authority are going through a restructuring process which means they are looking to bring in a quality workforce and give you the chance to be part of a well organised team.

I am also currently working on a range of positions with Children's Social Services, including work in; Assessment, MASH, Child Protection, Children in Need, LAC and CWD.
