If you're looking for the chance to join a progressive organisation then this is an outstanding opportunity. My client, based in a beautiful part of Somerset, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Safeguarding Team on a part time basis, the service works with children subject to Child Protection plans and care proceedings. This is a case holding role mainly involving Child Protection assessments, Section 47 Investigations, CIN meetings.

Not only this but the team covers a small area, meaning less travel, but my client is very open to which days you would like to work. 3 days a week is preferable, but there is certainly room for negotiation.

To be considered for this role you will have a relevant Social Work qualification, HCPC registration, a full UK driving licence and a minimum of 2 years' experience within Children & Families Services.
