You will be based within a fast moving multidisciplinary hospital team responsible for Social Care Assessment and care planning for complex inpatients. The role is initially for 8 weeks but is likely to be extended.
For this role you must have
* BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent
* Be HCPC registered
* Experience of working with Adults with Mental health issues.
