Duration: 6 months initially

Job Purpose:
Provide support for the client's Quality Systems and Standards (QSS) function, providing project related support, monitoring, analysis and reporting on departmental initiatives:

Essential skills and knowledge:
Advanced Knowledge of SharePoint and Excel
Management of complex projects including project metrics and reporting
Excellent communication skills

Accountabilities:
*Support the Quality Manual implementation project, as follows:
*Manage the SharePoint Quality Manual Project Tracker;
*Produce weekly and monthly metrics reports tracking the project implementation progress, reporting accurately and on-time to both Division and Group Senior Management;
*Act as the point of contact in the team for internal customers;
*Perform updates and improvements to the QSS departmental SharePoint site;
*Support QSS initiatives, as follows
*Tracking and reporting of Divisional Quality Plan actions;
*Tracking and reporting of Divisional Governance activities;
*Producing reports and presentations to be used in communications with the wider organisation, including Senior Management
