IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Introduction of continuous improvement process and QRQC process
-Definition of continuous improvement and QRQC processes
-Training people in continuous improvement/QRQC processes and methods
-Reporting of the continuous improvement and QRQC status global
-Gap analysis of 0km PPM/scrap rate/firewall costs and quantity and related QRQC/continuous improvement actions in plants to reduce costs of quality
-Audit that continuous improvement and QRQC status in the plants
-Ensure that continuous improvement and QRQC activities are in line with customer/products safety requirements

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-QRQC Expert, Six Sigma Black Belt
-Experience with manufactured products (functionality, detailed production process at local plant and intended use at corresponding customer)
-Knowledge of product safety act and product liability act
-Methodological knowledge of risk assessments
-Able to read drawings and standards
-Understanding how to verify corrective action effectiveness
-Team leader skills
-Fundamental understanding of corporate procedures which interact with product liability
-Understanding of sub-Tier management
-Technical background about sunroofs and potential safety critical areas
-Process auditor acc. VDA 6.3; layer Process Auditor
-Global 8-D Report
-High travel activity (about 80%)
-Fluency in spoken and written English
