QI Lead - Quality Improvement Lead - 3 months - Paddington, London

My client are currently looking for a PM with learning and development expertise to set up a training programme for quality improvement.

The successful candidate will plan the content, curriculum and find facilitors for a series of training sessions.

You must have process mapping experience, quality improvement experience, and knowledge of QI methodologies eg Lean. Training facilitation expertise would be a bonus.

- Expertise in the use of Quality Improvement methodologies including:
- The Model for Improvement (PDSA),
- Lean
- Action Effect/Driver Diagrams
- Process Mapping
- Experience Based Co-Design
- SPC/Measurement for Improvement
- Project Management experience supporting teams to deliver improvement and transformation initiatives
- Experience in developing and implement training and development programmes
- Experience of working in an NHS environment
