QHSE Manager/Aberdeen/Staff/Subsea Sector

I am currently recruiting for a well established Subsea company based in Aberdeen. My client requires a HSE manager to join them on a staff basis to carry out the following:
- Report to the UK HSE manager and work as part of the team
- Support implementation of the UK HSE plan
- Interface with HSE operational personnel
- Provide various levels of leadership
- Participate in HSE planning and implementation
- Responsible for the development of HSE interface documents
- Its an onshore based role with Occasional offshore trips
Skills required:
- Proven HSE experience
- Previous experience as a Senior HSE advisor or HSE manager
- Experience within the Subsea sector (ideal)
- Experience liaising with offshore teams
- NEBOSH
- Minimum HND/HNC
