QHSE Manager

Progressive Global Energy are working on behalf of a major Oil and Gas service company in sourcing a Senior Health and Safety Manager.

This position will see the successful candidate focussing on the support, develop as well as execute a top line HSEQ Management system alogn with robust policies and procedures which will become alligned to meet the legislative and company standards whilst overseeing a team of HSEQ Advisors and Coordinators.

You will be expected to maintain a high level of positive HSE culture across all of the bases coupled with ensuring all sites including actions of sub contractors are in line with the company's management systems. You will also be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of risk management policies and programs.

Training and Qualifications:

*NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement).
*IOSH Managing Safely (minimum requirement).
*ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course - 5 Day.
*ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Course (3 Day Conversion).
*OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor Course (3 Day Conversion).
*Industry specific training relating to the Oil & Gas and electrical sectors.

Specific & personal skills should include:

This is a challenging and varied role. There will be occasional travel to the company's other sites in the UK.
