QC Raw Materials Specialist

If you have experience developing a Raw Materials Qualification Program and being part of a Drug Development team, the QC Raw Materials Specialist Role is a great opportunity for you. One of my clients inCambridge,MAis looking for a QC Specialist for their raw materials program to work closely with the Quality Assurance, manufacturing, and materials departments.

This position offers great compensation, a positive work environment, and the opportunity to grow within the company. You will be largely supporting the manufacturing operations while working in a team environment.

Responsibilities in this position include integrating a qualification program with vendor processes in QA and materials. In addition, sampling and testing of chemical raw materials and managing outsourcing testing when required.

The Quality Control Raw Materials Specialist will be heavily involved in establishing in-house testing for API's and specialty chemicals. A background between 5 to 10 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry is preferred including a few years of management experience. Also, an ideal candidate will have experience in a GMP environment and Raw Materials sampling and testing.
