One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for a QC Project Manager
Start: ASAP
Length: 12 months
Location: South of Brussels
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
Responsibility for the follow-up project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Capture activities related to different projects link to MMRV and Synflorix Crossbow.
* Establishment of activities planning according priorities
* Tracking the different activities within QC .
* Escalate in due time the potentials issues or delays to the right governance/or management
* Propose alternatives and evaluate the impact on QC activities andmilestones
PREREQUISITES
Education
* Scientific University Degree
Knowledge
* Strong interpersonal skills: Communication, negotiation and networking skills.
* Ability to build relationship with internal and externalcustomers/partners (interact empathy, clarity and assertiveness)
* Change management
* Project Management
* Methodological approach
* Coach and guide other team members
* Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Good understanding of QC operations
* Masters demand management and capacity planning
* Communicate openly and proactively on all demand/capacity issues with management
* Ability to work in synergy with all departments
* Open minded for teamwork and collaboration
* IT systems (SAP transactions, web and Microsoft Office pack)
Experience
* Minimum 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
