QC PAPERLESS SYSTEM SUPPORTER

If you are an IT professional who is ambitious and looking for career advancement, you're in the right place. Randstad Professionals is currently looking for a QC Paperless System Supporter to join our client's team in Rotkreuz.
MAIN/PROJECT TASKS
- Support for IT systems in operations
- Communication to stakeholders
- Management of bug fixing to 3rd level provider
- Management of system enhancement to 3rd level provider (requirements writing, testing)
WORK/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Strong affinity for automated data processing and high-level data integrity in productive environments such as Quality Control and Manufacturing of sensors and reagents for our client's blood gas cobas systems
- Fast training in evaluation system for automated data processing in Quality Control consisting of several software components such as an interface to laboratory instruments, SAP and a SAP add-on solution
EDUCATION
- Bachelor in computer science/automatization
- IT specialist
- Additional training in SAP
SOFT SKILLS
- Strong team player and communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools/processes
- High level of flexibility and fast responsiveness
- Readiness of mind and fast acquirement of system-specific knowhow
LANGUAGES
- German
- Proficient
IT SKILLS
- Excellent knowhow in SAP and SAP add-on solutions
