QC Inspector

Progressive Global Energy are working with arguably the largest oilfield service company in the world in sourcing talented QC inspectors. The successful candidate would be responsible for the inspection of parts, assemblies and subassemblies, and/or for inspection of equipment at some of the other sites; Essential Functions: * Inspect parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints; * Initiates non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications; * Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements; * Initiates corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature; * Completes, inspects and distributes all quality records and documents; * Perform specialized testing as required (i.e. Non-destructive testing, etc); * Handles special projects, as assigned. Job Qualifications * General knowledge of dimensional testing and manufacturing; * Basic product knowledge; * Basic knowledge in Non-destructive testing; * High School Diploma or educational equivalent; * 2 years related experience This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to join a major oil organisation with the potential to progress both domestically and internationally.
