QC Inspection Engineer (O&G Fabricated Packaged Equipment)

Yoh has an 18 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for a QA/QC COORDINATOR, AND INSPECTION ENGINEER (OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY/FABRICATED PACKAGED EQUIPMENTS) to join our client in downtown Houston, Texas.

KEY SKILLS: Inspection of large FABRICATED PACKAGED EQUIPMENT, NDT, NDE, NCR, third party inspection.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include reviewing and commenting on Clients and Contractors Quality Procedures and specifications.
- Third Party Inspection.
- QA/QC COORDINATOR, AND INSPECTION ENGINEER will establish Inspection Services Scope of Work.
- Evaluate vendor documentation and quality records; Liaison with field based QA/QC Staff for project quality requirements.
- QA/QC COORDINATOR, AND INSPECTION ENGINEER will monitor of planning schedule and QA/QC activities on site.
- Generation of Inspection & Test Plans.
- Ensure Contractor and Project Team follow approved procedures (monitor investigate elevate and resolve project quality issues.
- Evaluate vendor documentation and quality records.
- Manage and coordinating activities during Supply Chain Management., Vendor Surveillance, Third Party Inspection.
- Responsible for:
- NDT: Non-destructive testing.
- NDE: Non-destructive examination.
- NCR: Non-conformance reports.

Job Qualifications
- At least five to eight (5 -8) years of operations experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control capacity.
