QC Biology Coordinator & Support

For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currently looking for a QC Biology Coordinator & Support

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: South of Brussels

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

This mission is located within the quality control department and includes regular contacts with production, GTS, quality assurance, validation and suppliers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and approbation of experiment plans and reports for the development and validation of new QC analytical methods in Physico-chemistry (Swab recoveries studies, Total Organic Carbon, Aluminium, Conductivity)

The following tasks are included in the job description:

* Review and approval of experiment plans and analytical results in
o TOC low concentration, TOC high concentration, Aluminium by atomic adsorption, high conductivity, swab recoveries studies

* Review and approval of:
o Technical reports
o Validation protocols and reports
o Results and reports presentation to hierarchy, meetings, QA and GQA

* Use of following IT tools:
o Listval
o Easydoc
o Documentum
o SAP

* Project Management:
o Planning with the lab team and follow-up of the tasks
o Coordination of the testing activities with the QC technicians
o Communication and solutions about unplanned events and adaptation ofthe planning

PREREQUISITES:

* University level (Chemical, Bio-Chemical engineer)
* French and English written and spoken
* Good knowledge of IT tools as MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
* Scientific and analytical mind, autonomy, integrity, results oriented, work on the field, teamwork oriented
* Experience: at least 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry
