QA Tester

For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a Test Engineer

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zurich

In AEI reporting project we are looking for an experienced TE supports our testing. Here it is all about to test a Java-based solution and final integration into the existing application landscape.

MAIN TASKS:

- Review and challenge RE Specs
- Create Test Design based on RE specs
- Execute Test Cases and raise defects
- Track defect resolution and drive issues to resolution
- Handling of HP QC during all test phases
- Continuous improving test processes

SKILLSET:

- Pro-Active
- Independent working (autonomous acting)
- Swiss banking Know How (especially within testing)

o Preferable in the regulatory area of "tax reporting"

- Java & XML know how preferable
- Testing methodic und experience (Waterfall)
- Quick understanding
- Friendly and open character
- Resilient (can handle pressure)
- Know-how on HPQC (Test Plan, Test Lab, Defect, Linkages, etc)
- Is able to deal with different things at one time
- Working in team (sociable, communicative)
- Able to do analysis and explain the result
- Good communication skill
