ROLE SUMMARY:

- PlayerCoach in the area INVESTnet (Line Management tasks such as budget planning, resource allocation, controlling and support for the higher Line Mgmt)
- Test Manager Program INVESTnet (AGIL) for 14 FTE (onsite and offshore)
- Manage 2 test manager
- Manage test engineers who create and execute test cases for new functionalities and regression tests
- Coordinate and manage the manual and automated testing, defect tracking, reporting.
- Collaboration with Release Management, Config Management and Environment Management
- Collaborate with the scrum teams to align ongoing sprint-cycles and it's test and reporting execution status
- Report regularly progress status and issues to Project/Program lead and Line Mgmt

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

- The role owner has to act like an internal Player Coach: This is a Line Management role and needs a flair for leading people and deliver the necessarily work-products in time and in budget as well as coaching his/her team.
- In his/her role as a test manager program he/she collaborates directly with the IT Program lead and the responsible AD Head. In this context the role owner has to act in an agile modus and must accompany the sprint cycles until code freeze and then take over the responsibility for regression testing until the release is ready to deploy.
- He/she is the responsible contact point for AD as well as for business concerning Testing-Topics in INVESTnet

QUALIFICATIONS:

MANDATORY SKILLS

- Proven record as Senior Test Manager (minimum 5 Years)
- Proven record in AGIL Projects (minimum 3 Years)
- Test Management experience in large and complex program/projects on multiple platforms (Unix, Web Applications, Mainframe)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent
- Banking or Financial Industry experience
- Analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in an agile environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of Quality Center (Test Coverage and Progress Report)
- SAQ Certified Software Test Manager advanced level

OPTIONAL SKILLS:

- German language skills
- Portfolio Management Systems/Client Reporting
- Technical knowledge (Mainframe, Database, Oracle, Unix Server, Programming)
