QA Tester

These person(s) will be responsible for the overall software quality assurance of all AIM systems. They will have the ability to test the product, its APIs, Data layer, feeds and all other aspects of the system in general.

BS in Computer Science or Math/Science, or equivalent experience
Must have 5+ years of application testing experience, including application testing and/or report and data validation testing
Extensive experience with functional test execution
Extensive experience designing test plans and test cases
SQL programming experience; Knowledge of data models and relationships between data elements
Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
Conduct historical analyses of test results.
Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
