QA Test Manager

Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for a QA Test Manager to join the team of its multinational consultancy client in Budapest for 3 months on a Full time basis. This is a contract position.

MINIMUM CORE ATTRIBUTES:

- Must speak fluent Hungarian
- Experience with risk and defect management and ensuring quality deliverables out of testing
- Experience in producing test strategies for complex multi-release programs
- Very good communication skills - ability to communicate at varied level of abstraction to multiple stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management experience Work with all major programme leads to assess & support on behalf of the central test management services function
- Excellent knowledge of test automation design, strategy, planning, best-practice, principles and reporting
- Needs to be a good communicator, and able to take on detailed requirements from a number of contacts
