QA Test Lead Job

QA TEST LEAD needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Quality Center
- Strong communications
- Test Lead/Coordination experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Development of overall testing plan approach Work with business, IT and vendor to ensure requirement to test script mappings are complete and accurate
- Coordinate and develop/modify test scripts where gaps are identified
- Determine readiness for testing in the build, deploy and implementation phases
- Orchestrate the environment and data setup
- Develop execution plan/schedule for each test cycle
- Coordinate test execution activities
- Facilitate the triage and disposition of defects as they are identified during each test cycle
- Develop and provide test status communications

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three plus (3+) years of experience as a Testing Lead/Coordinator
- Experience with HP QC (required)
- Strong communication skills (required)

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with testing SharePoint based applications (preferred)
- Experience with document management systems (preferred)
