Criteria;
- 4 years QA/Testing experience with software solutions
- Experience in leading/mentoring employees
Responsibilities;
- Manage a team of testers: daily tasks, scheduling, monitoring, quality, progress etc.
- Test strategy, test plan/summary reports, traceability Matrix
- Collaboration with stakeholders for software releases
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Testing changes from development work, as well as releases for both the customer and internally
- Producing reports for senior staff
- Testing multi tiered applications
- Experience with testing concepts, principles and methodologies
- Strong diagnostic, testing and problem solving skills.
