QA Test Analyst Job

QA TEST ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Quality Center
- Testing of Applications requiring strong attention to numeric detail
- SQL Query

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Risk application tester will be responsible for executing test scripts via Quality Center for Credit and Market Risk applications.
- Tester is expected to record detailed results, log defects with sufficient detail, and to provide additional clarification to technical team investigating logged defects.
- Tester is responsible for completing scripts on schedule set by test coordinator and providing accurate updates on progress.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- SQL query experience against Oracle
- Very strong attention to detail, specifically related to tie-out of numeric values and report formatting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, as well as to take direction from Test Coordinator
- Three (3) or more years TESTING of application or reports that required strong attention to numeric detail and report formatting and experience with Quality Center as a tester.
