QATEST ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES (LIFE & PENSIONS OR INSURANCE) WEB, .NET, SQL, XML, TESTING TO STUBS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an effective working relationship with the business, developers and operational support areas
- Analyse requirements and design test cases and test coverage Matrix
- Workshop test case review and approvals
- Perform test execution in a methodical and calculated manner, recording results and capturing test evidence
- Define and prepare test data sets
- Proactive defect reporting and issue resolution
CORE SKILLS
- Well versed in a variety of testing techniques and test approaches
- Testing of financial services products
- SQL, SOAPUI and .NET, SQL Server, Mainframe experience
- SmartBear, QAComplete or equivalent test management test tool suite
- Experience testing in Life and Pensions/Banking applications
- A meticulous & thorough approach to work
- Financial Services/Life Assurance
- IT/Computer Science Degree
- ISEB/ISTQB Certified
- A minimum of 4 years software testing experience on complex IT projects
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Ireland
* Local Candidates preferred
