My client is one of the largest Global hedge funds in the world with over 1,500 clients in 20 countries and 100 Billion in asset under management. This position is to work in theirBostonoffice located in the heart of the Financial District.

As a Lead in this growth focused environment your responsibilities would include; Developing and documenting solicit feedback for and drive an overall testing strategy for the app under test; establish and drive direction for a team of 2-6 manual testers; Develop automated and manual test as well demonstrating leadership skills to drive team.

In order to be considered for this role you Must have:

- Minimum of 2 years as QA Lead
- Experience with Java, C# and .Net
- Experience with Agile systems
- Excellent communication skills

* Financial Services background is a PLUS
