QA Supervisor

One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a QA Supervisor for Secondary Operations

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Supervisor QA Secondary Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide Quality expertise in Secondary operations (Formulation,Filling) to support QA and Production teams
- Master key QA activities related to the Quality System: ensure the in-place/in use of the systems (deviations, CAPA, change control )
- Ensures consistency with other quality systems
- Ensures critical topics are adequately and timely escalated to higher management
- Contributes to local and/or transversal improvement projects toensure compliance level is maintained in line with cGMP and client's standard requirements
- Proactively identifies potential quality systems risks and managethese risks
- Support preparation of Quality Council by up-dating KPI

PREREQUISITES

Education:
- University degree (Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry or Pharmacy),

Knowledge:

- Able to use risk analysis method in order to establish the link between critical product attributes, critical process parameters and control parameters
- Good interpersonal relationship skills, able to build strong relationships, to influence, to drive and enable change and to develop & engage collaborators
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and in English
- Problem solving and achievement oriented

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA
- Experience in Quality operation is an asset
- Operational Excellence Certification is an asset
