IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Act as main QA-support for the production and jointly improve and maintain GMP-level according to client's standard
-Support customer complaint handling, challenge and approve root cause analysis and preventive actions
-Develop and maintain framework for environmental monitoring program and approve summary reports
-Provide training within quality, HACCP, GMP, corrective and preventive actions system
-Contribute to external certification audits and customer audits of the area in relation to quality, food safety, handling of findings from audits etc.
-Conduct internal audits and non-conformities handling
-Documentation update
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-M.Sc. in, food science, chemical engineering, microbiology or similar
-Preferably knowledge and experience within food safety management and HACCP analysis
-Preferably knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000
-Communication and presentation skills, training experience
-Systematic, customer- and result-oriented approach
-Fluency in Danish is mandatory
-Fluency in English is recommended
-Additional language skills such as Swedish and/or Norwegian are beneficial
