QA Specialist Job

QA SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in BERKELEY, CA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- experience in a GMP environment
- B.S. degre

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support supplier management process workstreams for CEB by working with key stakeholders to gather information/documentation for materials and suppliers and inputting this information into the DaQS Trackwise database to facilitate material/supply chain qualification
- Support follow-up on Requests for Information RFI regarding suppliers in the network;
- Support the standardization of and planning for raw materials on reduced testing in the network.
- Experience in a GMP environment, preferably biologics.
- Direct experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality in a GMP regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Excellent people skills to convince, motivate, and encourage customers/stakeholders to understand and accept his/her recommendations, especially with borderline issues.
- Proven ability to express views and opinions; listens well and accepts conflicting points of view and influences without positional authority.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, proven technical writing skills, and experience authoring/managing contractual agreements.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree in a science or technical field
