QA SPECIALIST

LOCATION: BREDA, NETHERLANDS

CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 MONTHS

Optimus Life Sciences are working with a Global Pharma Company based in the South of Netherlands and together we are looking for a QA Specialist.

12 MONTHS CONTRACT - BREDA, NETHERLANDS - UP TO €60 PER HOUR
This project will last a minimum of 12-months initially. The proposed started date is 13th February but can be flexible, interviews will take place as early as this week.

OVERVIEW

As the QA Specialist, you will be focusing on supporting the complaint System by leading and managing the complaint investigations, performing data analysis and trending of complaints to proactively detect signals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE;

- Keeping the complaints database up to date with information when available and summarise closed investigations in the database accurately.
- Ensure complaint related investigations are clear through detailed reviewing and approving
- You should have excellent writing skills to ensure you close the gap between a highly technical investigation into a simple and clear to read document that can be understood by non-technical reviewers.
- You may be responsible for Communication and escalation of complaints and be the site representation on the product complaint network and generation and issuance of closure letters to patients and business partners.
