Projektbeschreibung

Our client is looking for an experienced QA specialist to support their packaging QA department. They are looking for someone to join a fast paced team with a customer oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
- Perform trend analysis of events, deviations and complaints for the business unit Packaging and identify with other staff corrective actions.
- Review the packaging sections of the product quality reviews for packaged products.
- Monitor quality alerts, globalization and CAPA for the packaging business unit.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs and actions for the quality council monthly meetings.
- Manage a QA Technician (responsible for review of release, trending and compliance)
- Coordinate schedule of audits and self-inspection for the business unit.
- Assist the QA Head in the preparation and conduct of regulatory inspections (AFMPS, FDA, International) and corporate audits

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a QA department in a pharmaceutical company.
- BSc degree or equivalent experience
- Rigorous, with a sense of organisation and urgency, proactive and able to balance regulatory requirements with the realities of production.
- Assertive, capable of defending the QA position even if unpopular.
- Customer Focus: You have the ability to analyse complex situations and make reasoned proposals for improvement.
- French language skills
- Intermediate understanding of English
