QA/QC Technician

Currently looking for an experienced QA Technician in Middleboro MA facility. This is a temporary position, expected to last 4-5 months. Candidate will conduct testing, ensuring that raw materials, components, and finished products meet customer or division specifications. Review and reconcile discrepancies in work orders prior to product release. Generate C of C's and C of A's as necessary. Assist in maintenance of various quality logs including but not limited to: MRB, TCN and Validation. Document all testing performed on appropriate forms or records. MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Quality Tech, a High School Diploma. Coordinate and conduct the calibration and maintenance of laboratory and manufacturing instrumentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safety is the #1 priority and the responsibility of each and every employee at the Taunton facility to understand and enforce the safety rules and regulations for themselves and all co- workers in this facility.
- Assist in maintenance of various quality logs
- Coordinate and conduct the calibration and maintenance of laboratory and manufacturing instrumentation.
- Perform environmental management assessments which include but is not limited too: particle count tests, Bioburden, Rodac/TSA plate sampling specifically, ability to create Excel spreadsheets.
- Understanding of ASTM, USP, and FDA QSR/ISO requirements.
- Basic concepts of validation and materials testing
