QA Project/Process Quality Manager

For our client in Basel we are looking for a QA Project/Process Quality Manager for a 2 months project.

Place: Basel
Period: ASAP- 30.11.2016
Workload: 100%

* Review and advise on about 10 CRQs per week for AAR;
* Review and approve AAR SOP and template improvements, coordinating with QA requirements;
* Coordinate the ISRM effort in terms of risk management, security exceptions, records management etc. for AAR team;
* Respond and consult to GDCReview and approve operational system life cycle documentation;

Role: Quality Manager
* Respond and consult to ops teams on compliance topics.
* Review and approve operational system life cycle documentation.
* Attend ops team meetings.
* Respond to Business IGM queries about the service line.
* Consult with Service Owner and Managers on ISRM and quality and compliance topics.
* Review monthly HCL Compliance reports.
* Escalate ISRM issues as appropriate.
* Support ongoing risk management activities.

Role: Project Quality Manager
* Fulfill ICE PQM deliverables.
* Review and approve project and system life cycle documents.
* Consult on eHLCCD.
* Consult on BCITRA.
* Consult on risk assessments and risk handling.
* Consult on ISRM and quality and compliance topics.
* Provide overall project quality oversight. Review training records, document and records management, adherence to Quality Plan.
* Attend project meetings.
* Collaborate with other PQMs on related projects.
