We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced QA Process Engineer for an initial 6 month contract.

As the QA Manager you shall take full ownership of testing environments with a number of direct reports from Test Managers to Test Leads.

You shall be responsible for defining the quality policies and procedures with the end goal to enhance the customer experience and deliver opinion to the business solution team on how to adopt them.

The QA Process manager evaluates the excellence of all deliverables guaranteeing the define methodology is followed and there is consistency between the Business prerequisites, the operational requirements and the technical design in the 'TO BE' deliverable.

RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN THE ROLE:
Test Stream Management - Management of the test stream by reporting on progress against quality targets, evaluating and signing off on the Test deliverables and calculating and tracking bug throughout.
Requirements Management - Ensure the release requirements meet organisational criteria and all business stakeholders are satisfied with the content.
Process Guidelines - Develop best practice for software development (configuration & release management) and provide regular assessments on quality processes and progress to quality targets.
Process Enhancements - Drive the root cause analysis for any significant defects to provide constant improvement opportunities to project managers and the business solution team.
Quality Assessments - Provide a final product quality assessment at Project Closure for all business solution projects.
Quality Targets - Collaborate with project managers to set quality targets for demand projects, change requests, other minor releases and patches.

REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 10 years professional experience, including strong track record in Test Management.
Experience managing high impact test projects with outstanding communication, leadership and management skills.
Ability to manage and interact with cross functional teams including staff, vendors and stakeholders.
Related 3rd level qualification desirable.
ISTQB/ISEB certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience of working with TestRail or similar Test tracking tool.
Experience of working with FogBugz or similar bug tracking tool.
Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Highly collaborative team player able to create positive working relations with all staff and strong problem solving skills.
Fast learner who is a proactive and innovative problem solver.
