DIE AUFGABEN
- Kundenkommunikation bei qualitätsrelevanten Vorgängen
- Bearbeitung, Nachverfolgung und Sicherstellung des fristgerechten Abschlusses von Reklamationen, Audit-Observation sowie der zugehörigen Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Zusammenstellung und Überprüfung von PQRs
- Batch Record Überprüfungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Inspektion
- Interne und externe Prüfungen
- Überprüfung und Freigabe von analytischen Methoden, Validierungen sowie von Qualifizierungen & Stabilitäten und qualitätsrelevanten Materialstammdaten & Spezifikationen
IHR PROFIL
- Naturwissenschaftlich-technischer oder pharmazeutischer Hochschulabschluss
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit LIMS, MS Office-Programmen und SAP
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gute Persönlichkeit mit funktionsübergreifendes Denken und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
