IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work in close collaboration with third party service provider to ensure a compliant distribution of pharmaceutical products and to investigate possible incompliance during transportation worldwide
-Quality investigation of transport & distribution related discrepancies (e.g. Temperature Excursions, Damages, Monitoring issues, etc.) and provide products’ quality impact assessments
-Ability to analyse recurring discrepancy trending in distribution and to identify appropriate corrective and Preventive Actions
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
-Provide quality guidance to Operational Supply Chain management
-Perform QA review / approval of shipping qualification documentation and site temperature monitoring strategy
-Make the difference ensuring that pharmaceutical products are transported in compliance with company/international standards
-Maintain and update existing GMP documentation for Logistic and Distribution

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree possibly in pharmacy, life sciences or chemistry life sciences or in a closely related field Quality assurance experience in a similar position
-Familiarity with the quality related system for distribution operations, document management and
-Deviations/complaint handling, experience managing partnerships and/or contractors is required
-Sound knowledge of EU regulations (i.e. GMP and EU GDP) and international regulations
-PC systems Knowledge ( i.e. SAP or another ERP system)
-Ability to work and take decisions in a fast moving and innovative environment
-Good English in writing and speaking (German would be an advantage)
