QA Manager - Gas - Fired Power Ststion

Are you an experienced QA Manager looking for a stable role within a dynamic project team? Barclay Recruitment are currently representing a highly regarded organization which has been awarded the contract to work on one of Queenslands major Gas fired Power Stations. They are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Quality Manager for a 12 month contract in Western Queensland.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Supervision and inspection of installations and equipment
- Internal and subcontractor auditing
- Ensuring full implementation of policies, procedures and standards
- Materials identification and positioning
- Co-coordinating field inspections, tests, data and reporting

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Significant track record of QA experience within a heavy construction environment
- Significant gas-fired Power station experience
- International Welding Inspection certification
- Ability to produce technical reports
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Sound computer skills
