QA MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST LEAD - INVESTMENT BANKING
In this role as a QA Manager/Business Analyst Lead you will facilitate and lead functional team efforts to improve client experience by optimizing the accuracy of work, and helps implement tools and systems to maintain and measure quality. Manages test process to include training, results tracking, and continuous improvement. Has overall responsibility to manage the QA workload within specific projects, deliver excellence, report progress, and enhance collaboration within project management and development teams.
QA Manager/Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Senior Requirements Engineer for engineering Front-to-Back (F2B) requirements for the Intermediate Target Operating Model (iTOM)
- Stream lead for implementing Testing Services in the context of Front-to-Back Testing (F2B) for the Intermediate Target Operating Model (iTOM)
- Set up LE CH Availability Dashboard for Front-to-Back (F2B) Tests and dress rehearsals
- Define LE CH Defect Management Process and Triage Meetings for Front-to-Back (F2B) Tests of the Intermediate Target Operating Model (iTOM) of LE CH
- Coordinate and guide working groups (Infrastructure, Data, Test Services, Schedule) on the implementation of the respective requirements
- Report directly to the Implementation Management Team of LE CH (Business and IT)
Skills Required:
- Proven success in position of similar responsibilities in a QA environment
- Outstanding eye for detail, and steadfast refusal to compromise on quality
- Thorough understanding of web terminology, specifications, and quality assurance
