Randstad Professionals is actively looking for QA Manager for Complaint Processing in the field of QA Finished Goods (Bottles and Blister Packaging) for our client, an international pharmaceutical company.

Main activity:

Timely processing of internal and external customer complaints in the Complaint databank

Issuing opinions with the responsible areas of packers and blister packaging bottles

Qualifications:

Successfully completed scientific studies or equivalent (eg pharmacy, chemistry, biology)

Professional experience in the fields of quality assurance, quality management of pharmaceutical packaging

Knowledge of relevant national and international GMP guidelines and regulations

Excellent communication skills and very good assertiveness

Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken fluently)

Very good team player and ability to work independently

Sound PC skills (eg SAP, Windows applications)
