QA Manager

Job description:
*Be overall responsible for Software engineering process quality assurance with regard to development and testing in channels.
*Ensure that team follow style guide, coding and architecture guidelines defined
*Ensure that teams meet the unit test coverage as defined in the definition of done
*Ensure that the teams resolve all critical, high and major sonar violations before delivering the code to production
*Ensure that all critical CAST findings ( which ever are applicable) are fixed
*Ensure that all documentation is completed as per the definition of done
*Ensure that all documentations are checked in to cascade
*Consult the teams on software engineering process improvements and automation

Primary skills:
*Front End development experience and knowledge
*Consulting and auditing skills
*Knowledge of Sonarcube and CAST
*Knowledge of Scrum and DevOps

Secondary skills:
*Knowledge of Java
*Testing and test process knowledge
*Ability to create audit reports and present it to management and team.

Softskills:
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Eye for detail and identify risks
*Ability and seniority to explain importance of process compliance to team members
