QA Manager

To coach or mentor the project team in relation to quality matters.
Manage the document control function.

Develop the company's Quality Control strategy in line with best practice, and communicate this effectively throughout the business.

Identify the project's technical training needs and make recommendations on training requirements to the Management Training Centre.

Design and deliver quality technical training courses and coaching which are relevant to the project's scope of work.

Maintain the project & company's technical registrations and advise relevant personnel of the enrolment and membership requirements.

Ensure that the project's QC documentation is maintained and updated to a level appropriate to its needs, and that company members know where to access relevant information.

Maintain highest levels of confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
To ensure FATS/SATS are carried out in accordance with contract requirements.
