QA Front End & Scripting Developer | Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance (QA) Frontend & Scripting Developer - Freelance - Bucharest.
Key - Responsibilities:
Perform, accordingly with operational, architectural, security and compliance standards, QA acceptance tests on all IT-infrastructure components and non-technical service components needed for the implementation of new & decommissioned services.
Ability to follow the rapidly changing technology environment and standards inside Group Technology. Updates on operational, architectural, security and compliance standards are continuously tested and adopted as new QA standards to support Group Technology with the more recent and efficient standards available.
Request correction activities from Build and Delivery.
Provide consulting to customers of QA.
Lead in professional competence and give direction in developing the teams expertise.
Requirements:
Education: Academic level
Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in English (C1 or B2)
Experience in a multinational environment
Reliable: resilient, takes personal responsibility
Overall/in general: long-term DC experience
Proven expertise in SW development and testing and SW release management
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Long term experience with Quality Assurance, Testing and Test Automation
Programming languages:
Good knowledge of PHP
Extensive knowledge of ksh/bash-Shell/and Perl, Powershell
Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL Used tools: sqlplus, sqldeveloper
In order to maintain, drive and further improve QA testing scripts, knowledge in these areas - and future technologies are necessary:
Extensive knowledge of Solaris (incl Zones, LDOM), RHEL LInux and Windows 2000-2012
Good knowledge of AIX, Vsphere, ESX
Network/Infrastructure: ssh proxying/tunneling, - LDAP client - VLANs - NTP
Backup: Legato Networker - Avamar
Oracle: DataGuard, ASM, RMAN backup
EMC: symcli-tools (symdg, sympd, symcfg)
Desirable competencies, knowledge and experience:
ITILv3 Service management
Ability to work in productive/HA environments
Minimal invasive in QA prod environment
Developing non-invasive test to do QA'ing of modified productive environments
Knowledge of HP
Multipathing (multipath, mpathadm, lspath) Logical volume manager (Linux LVM, HP's VxVM, AIX LVM)
