What You Will Be Doing

Actively undertake sprint tasks - these include:
*Support developers in understanding how to write more testable and robust code and software with the appropriate level of quality
*Collaboratively work across all areas of IT development, actively liaising with developers and business stakeholders to improve overall quality and performance
*You have to support the developers by helping them in the process.

What You Need for this Position

*Experience of working as part of cross-functional Agile teams, using Agile methodologies and practices
*Excellent working knowledge of test design, scripted and exploratory manual testing
*Good understanding of how to best design automated testing across application layers using UI, API, Integration and Unit tests
*Excellent understanding of cross-browser and compatibility testing and when to use it
*Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Principles and the ability to write code in at least one OO language, ideally PHP
*Excellent working knowledge of web automation tools, ideally Selenium 2.0 (Webdriver)

*Exposure to the following:
*Testing of APIs, Web Services and Backend Services
*Unit testing and Unit Testing frameworks
*Very good understanding of TDD, BDD or ATDD and their benefits
*Basics of HTTP and HTML

We consider it a great plus if you have any experience in Mobile Testing and Mobile Automation, Security and Accessibility testing and a software engineering background.
